In the event of a dispute, the consumer may use an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity (RAL). The Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities are entities authorized to mediate, conciliate and arbitrate consumer disputes in Portugal that are included in the list of RAL entities provided by the Law n.º 144/2015.
